Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing riddlewallet.com or any Riddle suite app (Swap, Bridge, Creator, Scanner, Cafe, and related subdomains), you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclaimer.
2. The services
We provide non-custodial software interfaces that interact with public blockchains and third-party systems. We do not operate as a bank, broker, exchange operator of your assets, or investment adviser. You control your wallet keys.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use crypto software in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required by local law (and at least 18 where that is the local standard for financial software). You are responsible for complying with sanctions and local regulations.
4. Wallets & transactions
- You alone control signing via Xaman or other wallets you connect.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
- Fees (network, DEX, bridge, or third-party) are your responsibility.
- Never share seed phrases or private keys with anyone, including us.
5. No advice
Content on the suite is informational and for software tooling only. Nothing is financial, legal, or tax advice. See the Risk Disclaimer.
6. Third-party services
The apps may rely on third parties (wallets, APIs, bridges, indexers, RPCs). We do not control them and are not liable for their outages, errors, or policy changes.
7. Intellectual property
Riddle branding, UI, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or rebrand the suite without permission. Open-source components remain under their licenses.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access to our interfaces for abuse, legal risk, or security reasons.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SUITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US DIRECTLY (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) £100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the suite, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
